Welcome!

Vision Statement:  West Virginia United Methodist Women are doing mission by changing lives one at a time.

Mission Statement West Virginia United Methodist Women work together providing mission opportunities for the well-being of women, children, and youth globally.

What’s Our Purpose?

The  organized unit of United Methodist Women (UMW) shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

Faith, Hope, & Love In Action

“Membership is voluntary and open to all women committed to and engaged in mission who affirm the PURPOSE.  Membership in The United Methodist Church is not required.” (*United Methodist Women handbook 2013 - 2016)
